That's right... Starbucks has opened a new store in the Abasto Shopping center.

Really? Thanks Frank. I'll add that now. I understand the mall is currently facing some red tape which is why it has not been able to open, yet?

Yep, who knows when they will open. Part of the deal for opening the mall was that they had to build a school and some other service building I can´t remember right now. So, I guess once they build those, they will be allowed to open the mall.
